Event Booking Agent/Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Event Booking Agent responsible for booking and scheduling all gold exchange fundraiser events with various organizations; such as Hospitals, School, Religious Institutions, Charitable Organizations, etc.
  • Maintain documentation of all fundraising aspects such as commissions to be paid to hosting organization and/or event coordinator.
  • Verbal and/or written communication with officials and volunteers in the hosting organization to maintain motivation of the event so that maximum attendance is obtained.
  • Schedules future events from the same organization or by references.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules of all events and make sure resources in terms of gold buying team members, promotional materials, and merchandizing materials are available for each event.
  • Takes the leads provided and harvest each and every possible future event with maximum enthusiasm and persistence.

Job Requirements:

  • Effective Communications Skills
  • Experience in organizing events
  • Ability to plan, schedule and follow up
  • Work well with Gold Buying Team
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office Software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Gold Buying Team Leader

Job Description:

  • Incumbents to travel throughout the State of Florida hosting Gold Buying Fundraisers scheduled for Hospitals, Schools, Charitable Organizations, etc.
  • Must possess a friendly demeanor, be courteous to customers, honest, trustworthy and be a team player.
  • Must have the ability to differentiate between all karats of Gold, Silver, precious metals and have a keen eye to be able to discern from fake to real items.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Honest and Trustworthy.
  • Motivated and hard working.
  • Desire to learn a new field.
  • Complete knowledge of jewelry and precious metals.
  • An appreciation for superb customer service.
  • Ability and flexibility to Travel throughout the State of Florida.
  • Excellent communication skills.
